Poet’s Bio:
LARDO is a student of the University of Jos, studying History and International Studies. She is a spoken word artist, poet and writer based in Jos and was the winner of the Jos Poetry Slam 2018 and third runner up of Abuja Literary Society Grand Slam 2018.

The audio, I AM YOUR THERAPIST, is a poem that doesn’t talk of help for the depressed, but who we talk to when we are depressed since in this time and age everyone feels he/she is competent enough to be a therapist.
