Awakening By Ismail Bala.

Sometimes on the edge of a quiet
dawn, as the moon
Slips to rest, sliding
From star to star, he
Finds a rift in time, spills
Shades of silver mist and
Casts shadows on the depth of
Things, sharpens; edge of sight,
Ripple in thought. Suddenly,
The rising of a new horizon,
In known yet forgotten spaces.
Say awakening.
