Submit to Ayamba Anniversary Poetry Contest 2020



AyambaLitCast is open for poetry submissions to mark her one year anniversary. The aim is to engage her readers and as well, give writers across the continent the opportunity to showcase their creative skills.

Eligibility: Writers from all over Africa


What to submit: A previously unpublished poem of not more than fourteen (14) lines


Theme: POSSIBILITIES.

“2020 has been full of grief. In the midst this, should we keep focusing on the gloom? Or are there other possibilities to explore, and in what ways?”


Deadline: November 21st.

Include your name, contact address, email, and phone number on the top of the document.
Paste a bio of not more than 50 words in the body of the email.
NB: Winners will be announced on December 31st.
