Orange Poetry Live Show Ignites Abuja Again!
The second edition of the Orange Poetry Live Show was another electrifying night of spoken word and literary camaraderie. Held on July 26th at the Tigray Coffee x Rovingheights cafe, the night was filled with the heady mix of great poetry, amazing coffee, and a whole lot of vibes.
A highlight of the evening was the engaging conversation between renowned poet Dike Chukwumerije and the audience, moderated by Pariolodo. The insightful exchange explored the power of poetry and its role in society.
Beyond the poetry, the event offered additional delights. Diligent Artist’s live speed painting of Dike Chukwumerije was a visual spectacle that left the audience in awe. Lucky attendees also had the chance to win exciting prizes, including a copy of “The Incredible Dreams Of Garba Dakaskus” and ten N5,000 book vouchers from the Rovingheights Bookstore.
A big shoutout to all the scheduled poets: Word Abba, Pristine, Muna, JAYPEE, Michael Imossan, Loveth Liberty, Diligent Artist, MJAAY, Mayim M13, Baaji Akura, and Bella Ogwuche. And, of course, a massive thank you to everyone who came out. Your energy made the night unforgettable.
We’re thrilled by the positive feedback and growing enthusiasm for the Orange Poetry Live Show. We look forward to continuing to support it. Stay tuned for the next event on August 30th!
