Poetry has always been man’s succor in any difficult time. In this period of the novel COVID19, the Nigerian spoken word poet, Rez Thapoet, brings us word to take home.

Four years after releasing his album, Exposit (EP), three eBooks and a coffee book—Beautiful One, Rez Thapoet drops a third album.

The album, Cold and Frostrated, is set for release on the 13th May, 2020. It consists of 12 powerful and soul-gripping tracks.

“This album is MAD! Trust me. It is not your ordinary spoken word. Every track breaks boundaries for both young and old… Rez Thapoet is bolder than ever before with his words. “
Femi Morgan,
Poet and author of RENEGADE
