SEVHAGE and Konya Shamsrumi presents The Poetry Club UDUS Anthology 2025, a landmark collection that celebrates the poetic brilliance of young voices from Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUS) and beyond. This debut anthology showcases a rich tapestry of themes, from identity and memory to justice and resilience, featuring both emerging and established poets.
Crafted with dedication and passion, this anthology marks a significant milestone for Poetry Club UDUS, a literary community that has flourished since 2019. It features powerful works from poets such as Sumayyah Muhammad Shuaib, Samuel A. Adeyemi, Rasaq Malik Gbolahan, Pamilerin Jacob, Jakky Bankong-Obi, and many more.
The collection comes with support from Goethe-Institut as part of the Benue Book and Arts Festival Project.
